Free Regular Shipping (signature required) – All orders within Australia

Regular Shipping orders placed before 10:00am AEST should be received within 1-5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. This information can also be viewed by clicking the track your order link in your shipping confirmation email.

If you will not be present to accept your delivery and you need it the day it is delivered, we recommend having it delivered to an address which is reliable in having your delivery signed for. Delivery instructions such as "permission to leave" or "leave at door if nobody is home" will not overwrite the signature required service.

 

 

Express Shipping (signature required) – Cost calculated when selected at checkout

 

Orders placed before 10:00am AEST in Metro areas should be received the next business day. This service takes 2-3 business days to most other areas.

 

Express Shipping still requires a signature upon delivery. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. International Shipping (Singature required) - Cost calculated at checkout

International shipping orders are dispatched within 36 hours and should be received within 10-30 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. If your order is not collected in-time it will be RTS (return to sender). Online tracking is not available on international orders.

How do I know my order is shipped?

Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse and despatch department.

The items are personally picked and enclosed safely in a satchel/box.

Your address is printed onto the packaging and collected from us personally by the carriers. We will email you a shipping confirmation email containing what you ordered, where it is going to as well as the tracking number and a link to the carrier's site. 

 

How will my order be shipped?

We understand the need to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. With Australia Post postal services, we can offer the best options for you dependant on how quick you wish to receive it.

In Australia our main carriers are Australia Post Express Post & Australia Post eParcel, together accessing every corner of the country.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do. Please contact us via our details on Customer Service to arrange an international shipping order, or checkout through our website.

 

How long until my international order arrives?

International orders can take anywhere from 10-30 business days to arrive depending on your location.

 

Can I track my international order?

No, unfortunately tracking is not currently available for international orders.

 

Will my order incur customs charges?

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Mr Pool Man does not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances.

What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, we will lodge an enquiry from our end. We follow the carrier's investigation process, which can take up to 10 working days for full resolution.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple satchels/boxes as they may have not fit in just one. Please contact our Customer Service Department to check if this is the case. If in the rare chance we have missed an item off your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.

 

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item. 

 

Do you deliver to PO Box address?

We can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia and Internationally. 

 

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
