Acoustic Box Pump & Filter Enclosure (Backless) - 1350mm Wide
Product Description
The Acoustic Box comes in various sizes and configurations to cater for every layout.
The slim models cater for more confined spaces whilst the backless models cater for situations when you have less than 50mm from the equipment to the wall / fence.
The smaller models (< 1100mm in width) will easily fit a filter (cartridge or sand), a pump, a chlorinator, and the power points. The larger models (> 1100mm in width) will fit a filter (sand or cartridge), multiple pumps, spa blowers, chlorinators and more.
Single units have 1 access point from the front (fully removable door) and 1 from the top (lid opens by approx. 1 metre). Double (and larger units) have 2+ removable front doors and 2+ top lids.

- models that are <1.7m in width (single) take 15-20 minutes to assemble and models that are >1.7m (double) take 45 - 60 minutes
- The panels are joined together at the bottom by 4 corner brackets and locked at the top by 4 corner caps.
- The box comes flat packed
Notes with regards to measurements:
- The external measurements are actually the same as the internal measurements throughout the box with the exception of the bottom and top of the box - where the metal bends to allow for the acoustic foaming to be housed.
- It is advisable to allow for an additional 10-20mm on all asides of your Concrete slab (if laying the box on a slab)
- The lid requires 45mm of clearance at the back to fully open. So pls allow this (or more) if placing the box against a wall or other hard surfaces.
- Backless models are always 50mm deeper than the standard models
- They are needed when there’s less than a 50mm gap from the equipment (EG a pipe of the filter) and the wall / fence. You will also need to allow approx. 20mm to slide in the rear panel i.e. 65-70mm in total.
- The design of the backless models means the lid won’t hit the wall or fence behind when fully erect
- Backless models have 3 additional parts (or multiples thereof for the larger models) instead of the rear panels. These are 2 wall strips ; one on either side of the enclosure and horizontal bridge which goes over from one wall strip to the other to fully enclose the box

Bulky and Oversized Shipping - Items marked as "Bulky & Oversized" will incur a shipping charge at checkout calculated by your location. These orders may require the customer forklift to unload, OR if a forklift is not available, hand unload by the customer will be required.
International Shipping - International Shipping (rest of the world) - Cost calculated at checkout, Estimated delivery time for international orders is 5 - 15 business days.
New Zealand Shipping - Cost calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time for New Zealand orders is 3 - 7 Days.
Remote Shipping - Due to some regions of Australia being remote, we cannot ship to these locations for free of charge regardless of the spend amount. If we can ship to them a cost will be calculated at checkout, if there is no shipping option at checkout our carriers cannot reach your location.

Returns Policy
Mr Pool Man offers easy 60 day returns for peace of mind.
- Made an incorrect purchase? No problem, all orders that were incorrectly purchased or “change of mind” will simply incur a small $10 return shipping label fee that will be deducted from your refund, as this is what it costs to get your order back to us.
- From there, providing you use our Returns Centre, your return is fully tracked on its way back to us. Your return will then be processed within 10 business days of being delivered at Mr Pool Man.
- Any initial shipping costs are not refunded.
- If you are returning an order that is outside of the 60 day returns window, please contact us with your order details.
- Excluded products from returns due to change of mind are: Pool Cover(s), Pool Roller(s), Pool Heater(s), Filtration media (glass & sand), Mineral salts, S.R Smith Rails, Slides and Accessories, and Acoustic Boxes, are not eligible for return, unless standard warranty policies apply.
- "Pre-Order" products which are custom ordered in will incur a 20% restocking fee of the product price. Suppliers also charge the same restocking fee to Mr Pool Man to return goods to them. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
