The same as a home inspection informs you about the condition of the home you are interested in purchasing, a pool inspection informs you about the condition of the pool. Most home inspectors do not offer pool inspection, as this requires highly specialized skills. We have extensive experience performing in ground pool inspections for potential home buyers. After attending educational seminars and trade shows for years, we know the cutting edge developments and technology within the industry. You can be confident you are contracting true professionals.

What's involved in a pool inspection?

The surrounding pool environment is evaluated, not just the pool and equipment. A pool inspection is to evaluate the current condition of all accessible and visible pool components.

We identify items that need repair or replacing to make the pool operational, safe and reasonable to maintain.

We also note the condition of the fence, pool perimeter, pool lighting, surrounding landscaping and other items of possible concern. It is also possible that the inspection will reveal that further specialized testing is needed.

You receive a detailed report summarizing our professional evaluation on the condition of your particular pool and its associated accessible equipment.

Digital photos are taken to assist us in composing the inspection report. Recommendations for maintenance and repairs are listed in this report, needed to make the pool operational and reasonable to maintain.

The inspection report provides the buyer with valuable information about the condition of the pool and its environment. Our report boosts your confidence in your purchasing decision and helps you look forward to becoming a pool owner.
