All estimated shipping times are exactly that, an estimate based on normal delivery operations, In the case of a pandemic, Holiday sale periods, Restricted borders or Closed mail sort facilities, these times may vary and Mr Pool Man cannot be held accountable for these delivery time frames.

When will my order ship out? 

All "In Stock" products ship within 24 business hours of purchase, Business days are Monday - Friday. Public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not included in shipping days. Same day dispatch on stocked items is 1pm AEST.

When do Pre- Orders ship?

Products that are "Pre Order'' are ordered as required with a usual lead time of 3 - 7 business days. 

Where does my order ship from?

We operate one distribution center on the Central Coast, NSW, that ships across Australia and internationally.  

Where can I find my tracking number? 

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 1 - 2 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday morning, or Tuesday evening at the latest. 

How long until I receive my order?

Typically we recommend 1 - 7 business days for delivery, If you are regional or remote, we recommend 5 - 14 days. Delivery times are estimates only and unforeseen delays in relation to shipping carriers may occur. Once items are sent with carriers we cannot guarantee any requests to change addresses while in transit. Any service (Standard, Express, Bulky, Oversized, Pallet) can take longer to some rural areas where post may be onforwarded with a regional carrier.

How do bulky orders ship?

Orders that are obviously large, heavy and bulky, or product that are tagged with "Bulky" or "Oversized" will be sent on a pallet, and may require a forklift to unload, OR if a forklift is not available, hand unload will be required. This is the customers responsibility entirely, and if delivery cannot be made to the address due to accessibility or unloading reasons, it will be taken back to the depot for pick up from the customer or possible re-delivery. Please note that if there are additional charges for re-delivery etc this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do you ship to remote Australian locations?

Due to some regions of Australia being remote, we cannot ship to these locations free of charge. If we can ship to them a cost will be calculated at checkout, if there is no shipping option at checkout our carriers cannot reach your location.

Current postcodes that are classified as remote which incur a small shipping fee are -

  • WA - 6215-6999
  • NT - 0801-0899
  • SA - 5201-5999

 

Delivery excludes remote locations such as islands from the Australian mainland, Free standard shipping includes land transport only, any deliveries that require marine or aerial logistics is not included under the Free Shipping offering. Customers will be required to cover any additional delivery costs or you may be asked to collect your article from the nearest depot.

How to cancel my order before shipping?

If you change your mind, contact us. Once the order has been sent, you will be required to return the order to us via the normal returns process.

 Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box. If we cannot deliver to a PO Box you will be contacted for an alternative shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

International Shipping (rest of the world) is calculated at checkout.

 Who pays Customs and Duties Charges?

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Mr Pool Man cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Mr Pool Man will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
