When will my Order Ship out?
All items will have an availability status shown on the product page; Most products will be marked "In Stock". These products will ship the same or next business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.
While we will do our best to ship products within 24 hours, not all items will always be in stock at all times. In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.
Where can I find my Tracking Number?
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 1 - 2 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday morning, or Tuesday evening at the latest. Most orders will be shipped with Australia Post, however we do utilize other carriers depending on the order and your location.
What about Pre-Orders?
Pre-ordered products have a blue "Pre-Order" button rather than a green "Buy Now" button. Pre-ordered products have a 3-5 business day lead time prior to shipment. Pre-order means that we don't currently have the item in stock, These items cannot ship the same day and require lead time prior to shipment.
If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped. In the case of unforeseen delays from our supplier(s) occurring which in-turn causes the dispatch time to exceed 5 business days, you will be notified and kept up to date of the new dispatch ETA via email.
Business days are Monday - Friday.
Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not included/counted in shipping days.
Delivery times are estimates only and unforeseen delays in relation to shipping carriers may occur. Once items are sent with carriers we cannot guarantee any requests to change addresses or services can be completed. Rest assured Mr Pool Man will always offer full support in getting your order from A to B if any issues arise.
Same day dispatch on stocked items is 1pm AEST, we cannot ship orders placed after this time due to carrier pick ups. Your order will be processed and sent the next business day. Please note - Any service (Standard, Express, Bulky, Oversized, Pallet) can take longer to some rural areas where post may be onforwarded with a regional carrier.
How Do Bulky Orders Ship?
Orders that are obviously large, heavy and bulky, or product that are tagged with "Bulky" or "Oversized" will be sent on a pallet, and may require a forklift to unload, OR if a forklift is not available, hand unload will be required. This is the customers responsibility entirely, and if delivery cannot be made to the address due to accessibility or unload reasons, it will be taken back to the depot for pick up from the customer or possible re-delivery. Please note that if there are additional charges for re-delivery etc this will be the responsibility of the customer.
Do you ship to remote Australian locations?
Due to some regions of Australia being remote, we cannot ship to these locations for free of charge. If we can ship to them a cost will be calculated at checkout, if there is no shipping option at checkout our carriers cannot reach your location.

We have a dedicated packing team to carefully package your goods to avoid them being damaged in transit. If, for any reason you are unhappy with the condition of your goods on delivery, please Contact Us immediately.
Oh No! I've put in the wrong address!
We accept no liability for any incorrect shipping addresses supplied by you and no refunds or secondary shipment costs will be offered or covered if further charges are required should you provide an incorrect shipping address.
So please double check or triple check your address before and after finalizing your order.
If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly, usually within a few hours. Orders can only be modified prior to dispatch, once an order has been sent, we can contact the carrier, but there is no guarantee a cancellation, or change or address will be completed. Once the order has been sent, you will be required to return the order to us via the normal returns process.

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require an additional business day to process prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via Australia Post. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box. If we cannot deliver to a PO Box you will be contacted for an alternative shipping address.
International Shipping (rest of the world) - Cost calculated at checkout, Estimated delivery time for international orders is 5-15 business days.
Customs and Duties Charges
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Mr Pool Man cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Mr Pool Man will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
New Zealand Shipping
Cost calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time for New Zealand orders is 3-7 Days.
*Please note all estimated shipping times are exactly that, an estimate based on normal delivery operations, In the case of a pandemic, Holiday sale periods, Restricted borders or Closed mail sort facilities these times may vary and Mr Pool Man cannot be held accountable for these delivery time frames.
Delivery excludes remote locations such as islands from the Australian mainland, Free standard shipping includes land transport only, any deliveries that require marine or aerial logistics is not included under the Free Shipping offering. Customers will be required to cover any additional delivery costs or you may be asked to collect your article from the nearest depot.
