A performance tested 2m / 6ft long exercise grade elastic rubber resistance tube (stretches to 4m) with an adjustable waist belt accommodating a variety of body types. The neoprene-covered nylon belt fits comfortably around the waist and features a secure, easy-to-adjust velcro strap that provides a perfect fit every time. The belt is wrapped with thickened widened foam that fits 55 -110cm / 21.6 - 41.4inch waists.

Easy to Use
The trainer looked very flimsy when I opened the packet but when I attached it to the pool fence and to myself it actually surprised me and worked really well. I’d suggest watching a YouTube video on how to use the trainers so you don’t hurt yourself. It is more of a resistance exercise than pool laps so it acts as an extra exercise to my routine. I’m pleased with the product and the delivery was very efficient.

This product is highly recommended for anyone's exercise regime, no matter the fitness level. Also with the growing number of smaller plunge pools now installed, where laps would normally be an issue the swim trainer offers unlimited strokes within any size pool. Thanks for the review :)
